Giemme produces and markets doors and windows (windows, doors and sliding doors) in wood, wood-aluminum, aluminum and PVC for residential and industrial buildings, shutters, shutters, security systems, armored doors, garage doors and pergolas.
It also produces interior wooden doors: frosted glass doors, wooden and metal doors, lacquered doors, laminate doors.
PVC lift and slide windows and door system made with “Rehau” profile five chambers, reinforced with steel profile.
Mobile sash made with a straight profile on the outside; glass stopper with square shape.
The profiles can be mass-coloured or coated (film-coated); the surface coating of the profiles is obtained by hot gluing acrylic and laminated films structured to be resistant to light and abrasions. These films can be in RAL colour and wood decoration.
Fixed window frame 190 x 63 mm section.
Turn Sash 101 x 80 mm section.
Standard Roto hardware type lift and slide complete with trolleys, guide and threshold.
Closure realized by means of joints of the window frame hooked on the rod/lock placed on the sliding sash.
Upper closing profile, on sliding sash, complete with gasket.
Central knot batting in PVC complete with gaskets.
Balloon seals type with flap on doors and central knot with PVC bands, seals and gasket
Thermal threshold with thermal cut in polyamide (h=25mm).
Double glazing with single chamber low emissive type + argon gas and “warm edge” channel; Internal and/or external tempered or laminated glass, according to the minimum requirements established by UNI 7697:2015; it is possible to insert double-chamber triple glazing with thickness not exceeding 36 mm.
Thermal insulation achievable up to UW value of 0.86 W/m2K.
*Calculated thermal values (according to the standard UNI EN ISO 10077-1 and 2), with Uf = 1,0 (W/m²K), low-emission double glazing with warm-edge duct (warm edge) and Ug value = 0.6 (W/m²K) best thermal insulation value referring to the double glazing with best thermal transmittance present in the price list and warm-edge duct (warm edge).
Starting from 31 dB for windows based on glass noise reduction values up to 45 dB.
