Giemme produces and markets doors and windows (windows, doors and sliding doors) in wood, wood-aluminum, aluminum and PVC for residential and industrial buildings, shutters, shutters, security systems, armored doors, garage doors and pergolas.
It also produces interior wooden doors: frosted glass doors, wooden and metal doors, lacquered doors, laminate doors.
Lift and slide laminated wooden windows profile consisting of 3 or more wooden boards, glued with class D4 glue according to EN 204. Glass stopper available in different shapes.
Wood Surface treatment with products based on acrylic resins in aqueous emulsion; the applied cycle varies from three to six coats depending on the finish and the required durability.
Fixed lamellar window frame nominal section 164 x 56 mm and 164 x 70 mm on upper sideway
Fix and mobile sash nominal section 80 x 68 mm on the three sides
Plinth nominal section 110 x 68 mm.
Hardware Maico Rail-system type lift and slide complete with trolleys, guide and threshold.
Closure realized by means of joints of the window frame hooked on the rod/lock placed on the sliding sash.
Upper closing profile, on sliding sash, complete with gasket.
Central knot with PVC or wood stopper complete with gaskets.
Closed external and internal seal profile, on central node with fin. Threshold to choose between track type “Base” and thermal “Climatech” fiberglass pultruse.
Use of low-emission single-chamber double glazing with standard Argon gas, in accordance with the current regulations. Of variable thicknesses and types (solar control, safety, acoustic, satin…) according to requirements. Standard PVC channel (spacer) called “warm edge” suitable for improving the thermal transmittance of the window frame, reducing linear thermal transmittance along the perimeter junction between glass and window frame.
Thermal insulation achievable up to UW value of 1.23 W/m2K.
