DESCRIPTION
Sliding doors made with open joint system with thermal break aluminum profile; the profiles are extruded primary aluminum alloy ideal for anodizing treatments and painting; the profile’s thermal break is obtained through the insertion of 38 mm strengthened polyamide bars for frames and 24mm for sashes, interposed between the two metallic elements, mechanically pressed. The assembly is made with sealant at corners and aluminum angular brackets that guarantee functional stability and ensure the necessary resistance to strains. The Alumil S700 allows the construction of the sliding mobile doors on two or three parallel tracks with 2, 3, 4, or 6, doors; Furthermore, according to height requirements, there are two different measure of central section: 94 mm ( 3 ¾ Inches) or 47 mm (1 ⅞ Inches).

THRESHOLD DRAINING GASKET
Gaskets are made in Dutral to ensure tightness and durability; the brush seals are in high density polypropylene with a nylon central fin. Drainage is ensured through holes practiced within the lower cross of the frameworks; choice of the threshold between a lowered one (h=30mm) and an aluminum and polyamide thermal break one (h=48mm), both are possible to be installed in order to make them coplanar to the internal floor.
OPERATING DEVICES
The hardware consists of top and bottom rails in which run wheeled trolleys fitted on ball bearings with a standard load capacity of 400 kg. The movement of the sash doors is operated through a leverage system which allow through the rotation of the handle such as to enable the leaf lifting and sliding. The closure is ensured by locking devices located in vertical and horizontal side matching the mobile sash.
INSULATED GLASS
Double glazing single chamber, low emission glass type plus gas argon and aluminum or warm edge spacer. internal and/or external glass sheets, tempered or stratified as per minimum requirements set by the standards UNI 7697:2015; it is possible to insert triple pane with double chamber with a thickness that does not exceed 42 mm.
FINISHING
The profiles can be painted or oxidized according to the colors chart provided; the painted profiles are manufactured according to the quality standards set by QUALICOAT or RAL-GSB, while the oxidized profiles are treated according to the quality standards set by the mark of quality EURAS-EWAA QUALANOD.
