DESCRIPTION
Sliding doors made with open joint system with thermal break aluminum profile; the profiles in extruded primary aluminum alloy is ideal for anodizing treatments and painting; the profile’s thermal break is obtained through the insertion of 18 mm special strengthened polyamide bars for frames and sash, interposed between the two metallic elements, mechanically pressed. The frameworks are assembled at 45°-90° and fixed by stainless steel self-tapping screws, while the mobile fixtures are jointed at the angles by strong aluminum brackets that guarantee functional stability ad ensure the necessary resistance to strains; the double pane opportunely inlayed is sealed in order to become an integrated part of the door.
The sash, once close, are partially hidden within the guides of the fixture, and the central section is opportunely dimensioned for a front minimalist view measuring not more than 32mm.
The Alumil PHOS650 system allows the building of mobile sliding doors on two parallel tracks with 2 or 3 sash.

THRESHOLD DRAINING GASKET
Gaskets are made in Dutral to ensure tightness and durability; the brush seals are in high density polypropylene with a nylon central fin. Drainage ensured through specific profiles in extruded aluminum combined with the lower guide; threshold is ideal when the coplanarity to floor is requested . The most wearable components, are made of stainless steel for durability.
OPERATING DEVICES
Hardware with maximum load capacity of 450 kg per door, sliding through stainless steel wheels on ball-bearings; Locking system operated by retractable device in the lateral handle position which block the doors with stainless steel pin terminals.
INSULATED GLASS
Double glazed, single chamber, low-e glass with argon gas filling and aluminum or warm edge spacer. internal and/or external glass sheets, tempered or laminated as per requirements set by UNI 7697:2015 norm; it is possible to insert triple pane with double chamber with a thickness that does not exceed 46 mm.
FINISHING
The profiles can be painted or oxidized according to the colors charts provided; the painted profiles are made according to the quality standards set by QUALICOAT o RAL-GSB, while the oxidized profiles are treated according to the quality standards set by the mark of quality EURAS-EWAA QUALANOD.
